01Who we are
Stratum AI ("Stratum", "we") builds finance agents for businesses. We are based in Mumbai, India. This policy explains what personal data we collect through this website and the Stratum product, why, and what your rights are. Questions go to the contact page.
02What we collect on this website
When you submit the contact form we collect your name, work email, company, and anything you write in the message. We use privacy-respecting analytics that record page views without identifying you. We do not use advertising trackers.
03What we collect in the product
To do their jobs, agents access ledger data, invoices, bills, bank and card feed data (read-only), the mailbox folders you scope, and documents you connect. This can include personal data of your customers, vendors, and staff. We process it on your behalf and under your instructions, as a processor.
04How we use it
To provide the service, to respond to you, to keep the service secure, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train models for anyone else.
06Where it is stored and for how long
In the region you choose at onboarding (India or the United States today), encrypted in transit and at rest. We keep product data for as long as your workspace exists and remove it from production within 30 days of deletion. Contact-form data is kept for two years unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
07Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Customers can export their full workspace at any time from the product. We respond to requests within 30 days.
08Changes
We will post changes here with a new date. Material changes to how we handle product data are notified to customers by email before they take effect.
