What people ask first.
Can it move money?
No. It prepares, schedules, applies and reconciles. Every payment is released by a person, inside your bank. That limit is built into the software.
Do we have to switch accounting software?
No. Your books stay the record. We connect to them the way your accountant does. QuickBooks Online first, Xero next.
Why not just use the AI inside QuickBooks?
It drafts, and you still do the work, and what it learns stays inside QuickBooks. We do the work, ask before anything material, and write what we learn into a document you own.
What if it gets something wrong?
Sometimes it will. Every action records what it saw and the rule it applied, so a mistake traces back to one clause. You correct the clause and it does not happen again. Above your limit, nothing happens without you anyway.
Who owns what it learns?
You do. It is written in plain English, you can edit it, and you can export all of it at any time, including if you leave.
Is our data used to train models?
No. Your books, documents and rulebook are used for your workspace and nothing else, and our model provider is contractually barred from training on them.
Are you SOC 2 certified?
Not yet. We build against SOC 2 controls and the audit is on our roadmap. Ask and we will tell you exactly where it stands.
