What people ask before they sign.

How is my price decided?

On a call. It depends on your workload, your volume of invoices and transactions, and the agents you use. There is no fixed or starting price, so we ask before we quote.

Is the first call free?

Yes. The first call is free and takes 30 minutes. The paid $750 onboarding call only happens if you decide to go ahead.

What does the $750 onboarding cover?

The onboarding call, connecting your systems, and writing version one of your rulebook with you. It is charged once, and it is refundable in full until the onboarding call happens.

Do you charge per user or per approver?

No. Invite everyone who needs to approve something. The price is per company.

How do I cancel?

Email us. Your plan ends at the end of the current billing month. There are no partial refunds for the rest of that month, and your data and rulebook leave with you. The full rules are in our refund and cancellation policy.

How do I pay?

Each month we send you a secure payment link. Pay by card or PayPal through Razorpay, our payment provider. We never see or store your card details.

What if we want to leave?

Export everything, including the rulebook, and go. We would rather be kept because we are useful than because leaving is hard.
