Aniketh Marian
Aniketh runs the commercial side of Stratum: who we work with, what we charge, and making sure every customer gets exactly what we promised.
Before Stratum he built and sold a direct to consumer brand.
He is usually the first person you speak to at Stratum, and he works alongside new customers in the approvals inbox during their first month.

02 Cofounder and COO
Prem Shah
Prem builds the system: the agents, the rulebook, and the limits that stop either from doing anything they should not.
Before Stratum he designed and ran an event driven trading system with strict risk limits and a full decision log. Stratum is the same shape of system pointed at a different ledger: every action checked against a rule, every rule written down, every decision recorded.
He has spent most of that time learning where software should stop and a person should decide.

03 How we got here
We lived the problem before we built the fix.

Three businesses, four countries
As students at Tetr College of Business, a programme where you build a real company in a different country every term, we started three businesses in two years across India, the UAE, China and Ghana.

The same back office every time
Each one came with its own books, its own late payers and its own bookkeeper. Everywhere, the work that ate the most time was the most routine, and nobody owned it.

The rules were never written down
Every business decided the same things the same way, week after week, but the rules lived in one person's head. That is why the work never got easier.
